In current qemu versions, the "eject fda" command did not work for me. You have to use "floppy0" instead. Thanks for the guide, though :)

@lindylex
* Originally 0.6 something (which didn't have sound with systemshock), but now its 0.9.1 (which works with sound sometimes).
* Linux (Ubuntu 8.10)
* Under windows with the drivers linked in the article the resolutions where very high for 3.1, 1280x1024 at least (maybe 1600x1200 and higher even), I don't remember the exact resolutions as after screwing around with the cache settings in the driver config the fonts broke completely and I haven't reinstalled.

Under systemshock the resolution/graphic details needed to be fairly low in order to be playable unfortunately.

What version of QEMU did you use?
What OS is the host?
What is the best screen resolution you could get? And what video drivers did you use?

Hi, it's me again.

It is actually this blog entry that I was accessing your site for...

> If you are using disk images you will need to be able to access them as devices, run the following as root to bind them to /dev/loop0

Nice trick illustrating how to bind a device, but I guess the easiest way is to use
